This is a customized Halloween III SKULL mask from Trick Or Treat Studios TOTS with attached Silver Shamrock Novelties and retail tags.

This mask was modified into a display piece by Boogyman Studios, and not many more them are in circulation, if any at all. (not numbered)

This mask is concept "accurate" to the film, complete with both the snake and cockroaches, recreating the 9pm broadcast in-progress as opposed to its aftermath as was depicted in the film within the testing room. Instead, the mask itself is just starting to "ooze" whilst the trauma to its wearer has obviously transpired, considering the "blood" and the emergence of the added "guests."

The latex is soft and fully pliable, having never been displayed on styro. TOTS retail tag shows some minor wear. SSN tag is firmly attached.
